1. Competition Basics

This competition, titled “Levin’s Christmas Bundle”, is being run to celebrate Christmas and give back to our valued customers and supporters.

2. Dates & Deadlines

• Competition opens: 9:00 AM (UK time) on 11th November 2025
• Competition closes: 9:00 AM (UK time) on 5th December 2025
• Winner announcement: on 5th December 2025, via Levin’s Fine Jewellery’s official Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
• The winner will be contacted directly within 24 hours of announcement.
• The prize will be posted to the winner once contact has been made and their delivery address confirmed.
  
  

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must follow Levin’s Fine Jewellery on Instagram or LinkedIn, and tag three people in the competition post.
• An extra entry will be awarded if the post is shared on Instagram (via story) or reshared on LinkedIn.
• The competition is free to enter; no purchase is necessary.
• Employees of Levin’s Fine Jewellery and anyone directly connected with the running of this competition are not eligible to enter.
• Levin’s Fine Jewellery reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
  
  

4. Entry Requirements

• Platforms: Instagram and LinkedIn only.
  
• To enter:

• Follow Levin’s Fine Jewellery on the relevant entry platform (LinkedIn or Instagram).
• Follow Imp & Maker on the relevant entry platform (LinkedIn or Instagram).
• Tag three people in the competition post.
• Share the post (optional) for one extra entry.
• Only one entry per person/account (plus one additional entry if shared).
• Entries from both platforms will be combined into a single draw. Entrants may only win once, regardless of the number of platforms entered.
• Entries that use multiple accounts, bots, fake profiles, or inappropriate/offensive content will be disqualified.
• Levin’s Fine Jewellery reserves the right to audit entries to ensure compliance with these rules.
  
  

5. Prize Details

• One winner will receive a Christmas hamper worth £205 and a £500 gift voucher to spend at Levin’s Fine Jewellery.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.
• No travel, accommodation, or additional expenses are included.
• If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Levin’s Fine Jewellery reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  
  

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the competition closes.
• The winner will be announced on Levin’s Fine Jewellery’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages and contacted directly via direct message within 24 hours.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of first contact.
• If the winner does not respond after three attempts within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
• Levin’s Fine Jewellery reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming a prize award.
  
  

7. Legal & Privacy

• Data Handling: Entrant details will be stored securely on a password-protected document on a locked computer and deleted within 30 days of the winner being announced.
• Entrant Consent: Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition unless the entrant gives explicit consent to receive marketing communications from Levin’s Fine Jewellery.
• Copyright: Any content submitted as part of the entry becomes the property of Levin’s Fine Jewellery and may be used for marketing or publicity purposes.

• Right to Cancel or Amend: Entrants may withdraw from the competition by contacting Mark Price at Levin’s Fine Jewellery or calling 0115 988 1330.
• Right to Disqualify: Levin’s Fine Jewellery reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in inappropriate or fraudulent behaviour.
• Publicity: By entering, participants agree that their name may be used publicly when announcing the winner on Instagram and LinkedIn.
